Master of Arts in Writing  Effective for Students Entering Fall 2011 and later

The MA in Writing is a 10 course/30 credit program; students attending full-time typically complete the program in two years. Many students attend part-time and spread coursework out over five or more semesters. All students take a required core of four courses—Core I and II and Seminar I and II (12 credit hours); four courses (12 credits) in a specialized track; two additional courses (6 credits) from any track or, with MA coordinator approval, from another department on campus.

Full course descriptions can be found in the 2010-2011 Rowan University Graduate Catalog, beginning on page 158 (http://www.rowan.edu/catalogs/pdf/Grad_2010.pdf).
